DL12XL – LINAK launches an extra-large column for display and monitor stands

1,700 mm – that's the fully extracted length for the new in-line column, DL12XL. Made primarily for large monitors and displays, the new column increases the use of screen movement in auditoriums and other large assembly facilities.

The widest product program gets even wider

LINAK has extensive experience developing electric linear actuators such as lifting columns. It has been our core expertise for more than 30 years. Today this has led to the widest product range on the market, which includes a whole series of XL columns.

The XL series is now expanding with the launch of the DL12XL. This particular column is an extension of this range, but it differs from the rest of the XL series by being an in-line column. The absence of the usual motor housing allows designers more freedom than usual.

As always, we strive to make our products elegant and discreet so that they don't compromise the manufacturer's overall design,” says Product Manager, Birgitte Holm-Melin.

PIEZO™️ technology as standard

The DL12XL comes with PIEZO technology as standard. This anti-collision feature ensures that any obstruction when raising or lowering the display or monitor, halts and reverses to avoid collision. The PIEZO sensor is completely integrated in the column with no visible changes and no extra mounting.

This specially developed LINAK technology is known from adjustable office desks around the world, where it prevents damage if obstacles are in the way of moving tabletops.

By choosing the DL12XL, you get:
  • Low built-in dimensions and long stroke length
  • PIEZO as standard
  • Sleek and discreet in-line design
Technical specifications:
  • Load: 600 N/leg
  • Stroke length: 999 mm
  • Built-in dim: 700 mm
