Our response to your application
Candidates are invited for interviews on an ongoing basis, so we encourage you to submit your application as soon as possible. In some cases, for example if the hiring manager is traveling, there may be a short delay in sending invitations.
If you have not received a response within three weeks, you are welcome to contact us for a status update at +45 73151515.
First interview
The first interview will typically be your initial meeting with the hiring manager and an HR consultant, and in many cases, a potential future colleague. The purpose is to align your skills and experience with the requirements of the role, as well as assess your fit with the team and department.
Second interview
Following the first interview, the hiring manager and HR consultant will review the meeting to assess whether there is a match. You will also have the opportunity to consider whether the role aligns with your expectations.
If there is a match, you will be invited to the second interview.
The second interview focuses on gaining a deeper understanding of your skills, personality, and working approach.
Prior to the second interview, you will receive information about any assessments or tests to be completed in advance.
The decision
If there is a strong professional and personal match, you will be contacted with a job offer.
If not, you will receive feedback on the decision. You are always welcome to apply for other positions at LINAK.
