The CSA will provide first point-of-contact for all assigned customer orders and customer service-related questions / inquiries and handles these requests in a manner that creates customer intimacy by providing service above and beyond customer expectations.

Scope
Will provide first point-of-contact for all assigned customer orders and customer service-related questions / inquiries and handles these requests in a manner that creates customer intimacy by providing service above and beyond customer expectations.

Responsibilities           

  • Provide excellent customer “intimacy” service to Our Customer
  • Responsible to be the customer advocate internally and follow all procedures and guidelines to meet both the customers’ needs and well as LINAK’s goals
  • Responsible work as in a team environment with internal LINAK coworkers globally to ensure customer demands are met and LINAK standards are followed
  • Process all customer orders received, and purchase necessary product related to non-US produced item numbers within the same day they are received and confirm ship dates to the customers within 72 hours.
  • Ensure on-time delivery based on customer confirmation dates, at the lowest cost possible, with minimal air freight
  • Responsible to maximize “just in time” inventory levels and minimize excess and slow-moving stock
  • Responsible for customer forecast handling, reviewing and challenging the forecast, and completing the Sales Validation process and update demand planner monthly
  • Responsible to complete the monthly Focus list and Supply Chain
  • Alignment process on assigned customers
  • Responsible to work with both Logistics and the production planners and buyers to ensure customer sales order delivery dates are met
  • Responsible to buy customer 1-1 items and assigned customer inventory agreement items from LAS according to the LPS
  • Responsible to manage LAS purchase orders to ensure customer delivery dates are met
  • Create customer intimacy by promoting open communication and a positive attitude
  • First point of contact dealing with all customer requests:
  • Assist/redirect special requests from customers to appropriate LINAK departments
    • RGA à Service
    • Shipping à Logistics
    • Liaison between external & internal logistics departments
    • Customer Complaints
    • Inventory Agreements
    • Customer driven changes
    • Customer visits possibly – travel to customer facilities / quarterly sales meetings
    • Quality Issues (communication regarding customer product needs)
  • Adhere to Sales Order & Purchase Order Processing procedures and guidelines
  • Responsible for Axapta item table for assigned part numbers including all maintenance in regard to lead time, trade agreements, box quantities, etc.
  • Maintain Daily Deliverable Tasks and Reports in a timely manner to ensure prompt notification of change to the customer
    • Back orders / Sales orders
    • Unscheduled Shipments Delivery Performance
    • MRP review & update SO’s/PO’s when necessary
    • Open Sales Order reports to customers
    • Open Purchase Order reports
    • Critical on hand Inventory
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
  • Multi-tasking, organizational skills and attention to details are necessary.  This position requires a self- starter with the ability to take initiative for implementing all phases of a project
  • Additional duties as assigned

The Customer Sales Administrator II will work in the support of and under the direction of the Customer Program Manager & CRC Lead and must be capable of performing in a responsible and efficient manner the techniques and tasks that are assigned.  Requirements:

  • 2-5 years’ experience in Customer Service
  • An Associate’s Degree in related field is preferred 
  • Customer Sales Administrator II must uphold LINAK values as an employee of LINAK U.S. Inc.
