The employees at LINAK have defined a number of core values that express what we expect from our co-workers. The core values are:

Each year we measure how well we live up to the values listed above. Simultaneously we create a basis for implementing activities, which help us getting better at living up to our core values and thereby making LINAK an even better place to work.
